With a background and experience built across Strategy, distribution and leading high-performance teams, claims, underwriting, technology and operational transformation, including in turnaround situations, Lisa’s extensive executive experience brings the depth and breadth needed to truly understand a business need. 

Lisa has worked in executive roles at some of the Insurance Industries major brands, including IAG, CGU, Gallagher and AIG.

With over 25 years in the Insurance industry, Lori has worked in senior roles and led large teams, within a number of major organisations including CGU, IAG, Achmea and Ansvar.

Lori’s breadth and depth of experience across critical business areas including operations, client services and distribution ensures a holistic approach, essential in achieving great outcomes.

Passionate about people, leadership development and coaching and underpinned by a client centric ethos, Lori combines her broad expertise with proven leadership strategies to drive impactful results for our clients.
